Simply choose your favourite decoration, enter the names of your family, friends or pets in the personalisation box, and we'll do the rest! Our decorations are personalised especially for you, creating a lovely keepsake or Christmas gift.

Prefer to do it yourself? We also offer a DIY option, where you can personalise your decoration at home using one of our optional personalisation pens.

Yes! Many of our decorations have a tick box for multiple names. Simply choose a design that suits your family or pets and enter the names .. click the box and type in the name / message / address you want.

Our product photos give examples of what your finished decoration will look like. Please double-check your names and spelling before placing your order, as each decoration is personalised especially for you. Most product show images and videos of the decorations.

Our talented team will personalise and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes approximately 2–3 days from placing your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If we haven't started personalising your decoration, we'll be happy to update your details. We usually can change the personalisation up to 4 hours after the recieving the order.

We take great care when preparing and packaging your decorations. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photograph of the damage. Our team will be happy to put things right. 

As each decoration is personalised especially for you, we cannot normally accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your decoration arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us and we'll be happy to put things right. 

Absolutely! We also offer a DIY personalisation option, allowing you to add your own names or messages at home. Perfect for adding your own creative touch!

Don't worry! If you're using one of our recommended personalisation pens, you can usually remove mistakes with a little nail varnish remover on a cotton pad and start again.

All our online payments are securely processed through Square, a trusted payment provider.

You can pay using the accepted debit or credit cards displayed at checkout, giving you a safe and convenient shopping experience.

Yes! Once you've successfully placed your order and completed payment, you'll receive an order confirmation by email with your purchase details.

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a collection service. All orders are carefully packaged and delivered directly to your chosen address. Our workshop is not open to the public.
